Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects for telecom operators, securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of established contracts.

 

You will

  • Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities
  • Execute Project: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, obstacles and critical issues
  • Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
  • Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
  • Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
  • Develop the CPM field in your company: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas

 

To be successful in the role you must have

  • 5 years of working experience, with 2+ years in project management or team leading
  • Project management skills which are described in PMBOK (PMP)
  • Leading & supervising, planning & organizing Skills
  • Communication Negotiation, Persuading & influencing Skills
  • Financial Acumen Skills
  • Consultative Selling Skills
  • Proficiency with the English and Japanese Language
  • Domain experience: Telecom industry, IT industry or Cloud
  • Experience in contract management project sales process
  • Below knowledge and skills are pluses:
    • PMI/PMP certifications
    • Experience in 5GC / CORE / NFV / Openstack area
    • Scrum certification or knowledge of Agile processes
    • 3rd pp supplier’s management experience
    • Servicer Delivery experience or interface experience with Telecom customers
    • Contract management
    • Project sales process
