Opportunity

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

You will

  • Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities
  • Execute Project: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, obstacles and critical issues
  • Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
  • Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
  • Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
  • Develop the CPM field in the company: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Min years of experience: 5 to 10 years of experience with project management
  • Project management skills which are described in PMBOK (PMP)
  • Leading & supervising, planning & organizing Skills
  • Communication Negotiation, Persuading & influencing Skills
  • Financial Acumen Skills
  • Consultative Selling Skills
  • Proficiency with the English and Japanese Language
  • Domain experience: Telecom infrastructure, IT infrastructure or Cloud
  • Experience in project sales process and contract management
  • 3rd pp suppliers management experience
  • PMI certifications - The CPM is encouraged to be certified on the job stage that she/he hold
