Key Responsibilities
- This role will be to act as a solution experts of ERP in IT application technology team.
- Use solid knowledge of business processes and company's IT solutions to guide business initiatives from a global strategic and IT standpoint.
- Responsible for or involved in requirements specification, development follow up, testing, implementation and after care for these initiatives.
- Use understanding of company processes / validation methodology with regards to releases, documentation and test requirements to coach key users and data interfaces integration partners, external parties in successfully delivering capabilities on platforms for which our team has final responsibility.
Skills Required
- Knowledge in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry business processes (Required)
- Strong DB knowledge/related data integration (interfaces) of environments. (Required)
- Management skill both local and global IT vendor & data interfaces partners (Required)
- Understanding of Security & Quality standards (Required)
- Ability to support internal/external audit relevant application system (Required)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills on-site & remotely (Required)
Experience Required
- 5+ years in design and configuration of business processes related to SD, MM/ EDI(Required)
- 5+ years in SAP support and implementation experience (Required)
- 5+ years of experience in chemical & pharmaceutical. (Required)
- 5+ years of experience working in international and diversified organization (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in IT Project management (Required)
- 3+ years of experience with global IT project Japan rollout (Required)
- Near native Japanese speaker (Required)
- Business-level English speaker (Required)
Knowledge & Experience Preferred
- Knowledge in Application Development methodologies (Desired)
- 2 full life cycle SAP implementation (Desired)
- Knowledge in Cloud solution architecture (Desired)
- Experience in Agile Development Frameworks (Desired)
- Work on multiple critical tasks simultaneously in pressure environment. (Desired)
- Knowledge in multi-channel marketing in the Japan pharmaceutical market (Desired)
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science (Desired)
- PMP certified (Desired)
