Telecommunications Training Consultant (Partners/ Customer)
Our Exciting Opportunity
The Training Consultant will primarily be responsible for planning and developing the training course by communicating with customer/internal partners. Also who is willing to deliver the course in the future.
You will
- Build appropriate learning proposal for customers with costing
- Customize and localize customer learning products
- Manage customers & course participants
- Prioritize knowledge transfer and re-use
- Facilitate of training events
- Administrate the class room situation
- Propose & develop learning architecture
To be successful in the role you must have
- Education background: Basic technical or Engineering university degree or a Bachelor or Master Degree in Teaching/ Education
- Native level in Japanese and Business level in English
- Presentation & communication skills
- Ambition to learn new technologies and develop cross-domain competence and trainings
- Demonstrated ability in Mobile Packet Core, EPC, etc.
- Good knowledge in cloud solutions, Packet Core products and solutions for 3G, 4G and 5G.
- Familiarity with containers is preferred
