What You Will Do
Provide Advanced Technical Support During Sales Cycle and Testing
- Contribute to client meetings alongside Sales as industry and subject matter experts
- Realize operationally sustainable, stream-lined solutions to non-standard client tagging/data requirements
- Recommend proper ways to analyze data from head-to-head tests and best practices when architecting test campaigns
- Develop and Analyze Custom Reports Based on Client Needs and Goals
- Work closely with Database and Analytics teams with our SQL databases to extract various data points needed to tell a story or investigate the source of an issue
- Create impression-level or other granular level reports per client spec and automate to various types of endpoints
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate usage and activity of campaigns and help identify areas where additional services can be utilized
- Work Alongside Implementation, Product, and Engineering Teams on Escalated Troubleshooting Issues
- Provide advanced investigative assistance to the solution Implementation team on tag implementation and integration-related issues
- Liaise with the Product/Engineering teams on progressive matters surrounding the use of the technology in emerging platforms and environments
- Develop tools and processes that will be used on a day-to-day basis by the the Implementation team to ensure the proper functionality of the technology in specialized circumstances
Who You Are
- 3+ years of technical experience in the online advertising industry
- Business proficiency in both English and Japanese languages
- Solid data analysis and technical troubleshooting skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace and experience with ad servers and third-party creative tags (i.e. - Google, Sizmek, FlashTalking, AdForm, etc.)
- Experience working with SQL
- Ability to interpret and understand prewritten HTML and JavaScript code
- Exceptional command of advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint functionality
- Experience with web debugging tools (i.e. Firebug, HTTP Watch, Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Chrome Debug Tools, etc.)
- Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, resource organization, project/task prioritization and scheduled development
- Experience managing operational relationships with third-party vendors, including testing of new technologies and systems and process advisement
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
- Extremely detail oriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
- Ability to handle multiple assignments with an effective resolution of conflicting priorities. Ability to manage obstacles and incorporate sensitivity to cultural differences and divergent priorities

- Expert in both server and client side web technology
- Ability to code in HTML and JavaScript (other scripting and programming languages a plus)
