- Present solutions for various issues in the organizational personnel field, based on advanced personnel knowledge and the latest global solutions, consulting services for client companies (problem analysis, solution provision), relation construction, project implementation
- Talent Management (Compensation, evaluation system, human resource development, executive compensation system, personnel due diligence, PMI, etc.)
- Workforce Intelligence/Organizational Design (personnel planning, personnel optimization, organizational design, etc.)
- Behavioral Change Management (personnel consciousness behavior change through assessment, leadership development, etc.)

Experience
Required for Consultant and Senior Consultant
- Experience as an organizational personnel consultant in a consulting firm or think tank, or 2 years in business planning or personnel department of a major company or foreign-affiliated company
- Logical thinking ability about organization personnel management and personnel measures , problem solving ability
- Material preparation skill in PPT, Excel processing/analysis skill
- Document preparation and presentation etc. Communication skills
- Japanese ability (level that does not interfere with business use)
- Basic English ability (those who are not weak/wanted to use in the future)
- Willingness to take on challenges, attitude to actively learn, those who
- can work well with other consultants
Required for Manager or above
In addition to the requirements of consultants and senior consultants, the following requirements are required.
- Over 2 years of project management experience
- Expertise regarding organizational personnel management and various personnel measures
- Proposal ability to appeal to customers
- Skills to get higher output by involving others
- Skills to train and motivate lower-ranking people
- Skills to build relationships of trust between the clients & stakeholders
- Experience in planning personnel system (reward system, evaluation system, etc.)-
