About the company

2025 - Janssen's Neuroscience organization in Japan experienced a closure in July 2024, leading to a significant shrink in sales and marketing teams. This was part of a broader global restructuring by Johnson & Johnson, which included layoffs in the MS sales unit and a shift in priorities toward new product launches and people management. Discussions with leadership indicated a decision timeline of 2-3 weeks post-closure to address these impacts.
