Account Manager, Television
We are looking for an Account Manager, TV to join our team in Tokyo. The Account Manager owns the Agency and client-facing relationship and ensures optimal Platform performance through close collaboration with Operations team. In addition to regular client communication, Account Managers interact across internal departments as well as the partner landscape on behalf of their clients. The Account Manager maximizes client retention, is responsible for education of new offerings and solutions and generates up-sell revenue by delivering best-in-class reporting, insights, and results.
Responsibilities
- Proactive, day-to-day customer relationship management
- Effectively communicate company value proposition & product suite
- Accountable for on boarding, assisting & fulfillment of all deployments
- Be an integral role in supporting the on boarding of new clients
- Host client meetings and presentations designed to improve client adoption and promote platform capability
- Constantly monitor & improve customer satisfaction as it relates to all aspects of the fulfillment processes
- Work closely with Campaign management team to ensure campaigns are delivered to meet advertiser objectives
- General account administration (CRM maintenance, audit-related tasks, data entry)
- Educate clients on new opportunities by proactively identifying new ideas & platform innovation opportunities
- Accurate pipeline management practices
- Provide feedback to internal teams to help design and enhance our offerings by communicating market realities & expectations
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 2-3 years’ experience in a digital TV planning and buying
- Exposure to DMP
- Preferred tertiary educated or demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a business environment
- A proven track record of achievements against objectives & targets
- Understanding of the mobile & digital advertising landscape
- Ability to assist deployment processes, including client presentations & product demonstrations
- Strong analytical skills
- Well-developed communication & presentation skills (both written & oral)
- Ability to show problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Office
- Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels
