About the role
We are seeking for a Director of Account Management for our Sales team in Japan. He/She will cultivate strong relationships with our new and existing clients and assist them in strategizing and plan digital marketing campaigns to meet their goals.
Task of the role
- Responsible for managing customers' advertising projects in Japan, including market research, budget control and activity analysis reports.
- Lead the Account Management team to promote our Ad solutions and to consult clients about campaign requirements and objectives.
- Cooperate with BD/Finance to organize settlement activities such as advertising activities at the end of each month.
- Coordinate communication with both internal and external parties.
- Propose and implement business growth and process improvement.
- Help the sales to promote the company's products and strengthen the sales’s knowhow
About you
[Essential]
- Degree in related field or at least 5 years of relevant working experience in similar function.
- People management skill and experience.
- Fluent in English or Mandarin for both speaking and writing for internal communication.
- Fast-learner, interested in online advertising industry and data monitoring.
- Logically thinking and possess good time management abilities.
- Requires a combination of strong analytical and communication skills, with some technical understanding.
- Detail-oriented with good organization.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience of data analysis.
- Capability of strategic planning (Campaign, Team direction).
- Global business experience.
- Online marketing experience or impressive presentation skill is a plus.
- App industry experience is a plus.
