Business Development Manager for Mobile Carrier Sell-through 

This position will be responsible for the operation and sales promotion of mobile products such as PCs, tablets, and smart devices. 

Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business for DoCoMo, KDDI au, Rakuten, SoftBank, and other Japan MNOs
- Understand the requirements from telecommunication customers and markets appropriately, and then cooperate with relevant departments to create business strategies
- Manage demand while cooperating with requests of customers and maintaining on-time delivery
- Promote and formulate sales strategies and oversee the overall sales activities to various internal organizations
- Report the status of sales activities to senior manager, share information and report closely with Asian superintendent and related members, and promote smooth business execution

- Consumer business department (4P, PM, Supply Chain, Marketing)
- Commercial business department (4P, PM, Supply Chain, Marketing)
- Mobile business group (4P, PM, Supply Chain Marketing)
- Global Mobile Business Group (product development and planning)

Requirements:

10+ years of business development experience to open and build-up the new channels by oneself
- 5+ years of business experience of experience in a hardware vendor
- 5+ years experienced in the telecommunication industry
- Mobile product / MNO product knowledge
- Negotiation and communication with customers and partners
- Development of business/ sales strategies
- Create sales materials
- Presentation skill
- Project management

Nice to have/ Desired traits: 
- 5+ years employed in the mobile network operator
- 5+ years account management experience to HQs of NTT DoCoMo, KDDI au, SoftBank
- Business experience in product planning, sales and product development of mobile products for telecom carriers
- Product or concept planning
- Technical project lead
- Account management for telecom carriers
- Business level Chinese ability (the level at which business conversation and e-mail can be done without problem in Chinese)
