Regional Business Development Manager for Software-Defined-Infrastructure Business
• This is a Business Development role where the candidate will own the strategy and execution to drive the revenue growth and profit goals for Software-Defined-Infrastructure (SDI) solutions
• Define and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy and relevant sales plays to meet revenue and profit goals
• Work with alliance partners to secure the best outcome for our clients and channel partners to grow the SDI business
• Should have strong customer and partner connect in the region to establish themselves as a trusted advisor for Data Center SDI requirements
• Needs to have the ability to provide consultative advice to Clients on SDI solutions to meet their Data Center requirements
• Participates in deep-dive discussions and evaluates customer's business needs and desired end-state infrastructure solution and translate it into an SDI proposal
• Stay up-to-date with in-house and competitive SDI offerings. Ability to persuasively articulate the SDI landscape and the company's SDI story in Industry, client, and channel forums
• Work with relevant marketing teams to define the demand generation and brand visibility for SDI for the region
• Work with channel team to have the right channel capacity and effective channel programs to drive channel-led SDI revenue objectives
Requirements:
• 10-15 years working experience in enterprise and channel sales with in depth knowledge on Software Defined Infrastructure technologies such as Cloud Technology, Hyperconverged Infrastructure, and Software-Defined Storage
• Proven track record in regional roles in ASEAN sales with connection and network covering key technology players and customers
• Bachelors or Masters degree
• Logical and analytical thinking along with strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with focus on numbers
• Perform independently as well as work well in a team environment
