Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will lead assigned customer projects for ICT service provider customers, securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities
- Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
- Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship, building confidence and trust to ensure project progress and arranging meetings and customer events
- Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
- Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
- Develop CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s (4-year) degree
- Min years of experience: 7 years of working experience, with 3+ years in project management
- Project Management Skills
- Proficiency with the English and Japanese Language
- Below knowledge and skills are pluses:
- PMI/PMP certifications
- Domain experience: NFV / Openstack / cloud infrastructure area
- 3rd party supplier management experience
- Servicer Delivery experience or interface experience with ICT service provider customers
- Contract management/ negotiation
- Project sales process
