Position Overview
The Data Analytics Partner will be responsible for performing deep analytics on campaigns and providing expert guidance to client analytics teams using the platform. The Data Analytics Partner will help clients answer key business questions and find new and valuable uses for the data and advertising platform.
The ideal candidate for this position is analytical, intellectually curious, familiar with the digital media landscape, comfortable working independently, and has strong oral and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and sales team to provide strategic and operational insights and case studies
- Participate and lead client meetings, across both pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Collaborate with Advertisement Operations team to combine data analysis and client feedback to configure and optimize ad campaigns to meet client objectives
- Act as a ‘Center of Excellence’ for all matters and troubleshoot basic technical issues for local
customers
- Be an expert on the use of the Product offerings and offer exceptional customer service cross functionally and to external parties
- Constantly evolve, enhance, and create new insights leveraging new technologies, methodologies, and best practices
- Work with internal teams to help define features and enhancements to improve product and platform capabilities
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in Consulting, with experience in Marketing and Digital Products
with demonstrated ability to draw conclusions from data
- 1-2 year practical experience in an operational role with demonstrated capability to build and
manage internal operations autonomously and independently
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to programming languages (SQL, R, Python etc.) and data analytics
- Proficient with data analysis and visualization in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter who is confident and comfortable working independently
- Ability to manage people and client expectations
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Solid experience in analytics, including pivot tables, chart-making and manipulation of large datasets
- Ability to speak and write in both Japanese and English fluently and idiomatically
